we all aware of patriarchal form of our society.more preference to boy and neglect the girl(health, education, socialand insome cases even food or basic needs also). the child is the center of the parents universe and there expectations are high if there is single child. if the single child is girl then parents feel more burdened and pressured. in this situation it is very important for such a single girl child to get a good job so that they can support her family and promote women empowerment.

In my school, in almost all classes there are about 45 students in each class of which there are only 10 girls per class (on an average).the schools should reserve atleast 15-20 seats for girls and take the necessary steps to promote girl education.
