Boys should be told to write an essay weekly on Girl on their importance in the family, society , Nation building , information technology, space technology ( such as Ms kiran bedi, sunita williams, kalpana chawll , jhansirani, jija bai etc) & submit to the principal. Such activities in long run will change the attitude of boys & they begin to respect girls & which reduces gender inequality.etc

The main initiative for a girl's education can only be possible from her family and her parents. If they will think it as the most important part of life for her daughter, then only it is possible. it will definitely change the mindset of our society. Girls should be given equal opportunities like boys in the family, in society and workplace.
