विकलांग भारतीय नागरिकों को समान अवसर प्रदान करने के सम्बन्ध में बड़ी पहल हो सकती है कि व्यवस्था हो ,प्रत्येक १००० कार्मिकों (सार्वजनिक या प्राइवेट ) में विकलांग व्यक्ति के रूप में प्रतिनिधि (कर्मचारी )नही तो समस्त १००० कार्मिकों के वार्षिक वेतन वृद्धि में किसी विकलांग व्यक्ति के प्रवेश तक रोक हो रहेगी।

My humble request to National Trust of India to clear pending membership of NGOs. This will be required by NGOs to avail financial benefits and NIRMAYA insurance for disabled population.Can authorities take up?

SIR, I WOULD LIKE TO BRING TO YOUR KIND ATTENTION REGARDING DIFFERENTLY ABLED CHILDREN LIKE AUTISM AND AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDERS. THERE ARE MANY SUCH CHILDREN WITH THEIR PARENTS ALWAYS WITH SO MUCH TENSION ABOUT THEIR FUTURE AFTER THEIR LIFE. MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO YOU TO YOU TO PROVIDE THEM RESERVATIONS FOR EDUCATION AS WELL AS EMPLOYMENT IN GOVERNMENT SECTOR BASED ON THEIR EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION AND ABILITY ATLEAST IN SOME SELECTED JOBS THANKS

The specially abled person should have minimum education criteria to satisfy the requirements of the respective post.......... so, before looking on to equal employment opportunities I think we need to look on to these aspects as mentioned above.....

Before creating an equal Employment opportunities for the specially abled population we need to create an equal opportunity in our education System. Even though there are many Reservations for Specially abled population, its not reaching to them. for example: A child with mentally Disabled or a child With hearing impaired are not given an opportunity to compete in normal school even though they have their ability.........

In India, people who are different abled are neglected. They are misbehaved and ill-treatrd in the society. Those who are well qualified are lack of job. No criteria for recruitment in govt sector or private sectors. Nobody is ready to tell or give information about the vacant job in GOVT sector like Education department. I cleated UGCNET in English in June 2011 and couldnt get a permanent job except Contract job. How bad condition is here in India. We are suffocated and harrased.plz do change.

I have an zeal to start manufacturing only with the help of all disabled person.Government Should start focus on creating disabled zone or provide incentive to any establishment which does its production/manufacturing by employing maximum no of disabled.These will benefit in 1] Providing job to disabled to stand on their own feet.2] they will start feeling secured 3] Enterprise will have better efficiency as disabled are bound to do more work due to their dedication.4]make in india dream realise

In the General Election there is reservation for all women and there is also caste wise reservation. But it is very sad to say that there is no reservation for the capable handicapped person to contest in the election.. I feel it as a very unjust phenomena found in the election commission.
