Sir, The Equal opportunities and reservations are only words. In Government jobs, it starts from application. We need a medical certificate. One leg is working, 2 hands are working and list goes on. Every time we apply for a new exam we need to get this certificate again and again. and in Govt hospital nobody is ready to give it. Simple answer given is "we are not authorized to give it". Why cant we make it just one universal certificate ? This needs to change. There are so many issues.

All PH /differently abled person should be linked/registered through online system and generate a identity card for there assistance. It was discussed since many year but no any action initiated by govt. This shows the lack of interest by social and women development dept. Every where these people are cheated by govt officials on the name of incorrect certificate or other issue. I having own experience in past and present also. Railway introduced the concession scheme in piece and bit manner.

Hn'ble PM is very humbly requested that Rights of Persons with Disabilities Bill, 2014, which is pending with the Parliamentary Standing Committee, may kindly be passed in the current budget session which must be truly strong and effective incorporating all the positive judgements of the higher courts.

Now, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has once again dismissed the SLP of DoPT and thus the judgement -and-order of the Hon'ble Bombay HC , mandating reservation in promotions in the IAS and other AIS and Group A Services and Posts for the persons with disabilities, has become final. Hon'ble PM may kindly ensure that necessary orders are issued immediately and this judgment is also made part of the New Disability Law which must be passed in the on-going budget session. We shall feel highly obliged.

All the children having special need should be provided inclusive education in schools. Especially the Kendriya vidyalayas should be adviced to admit such children in their schools. However, KVs should also have the facility of special educators, speech therapist & other required staff in their schools. Merely taking admission doesn't fulfil the need. KVs should be clearly notified in this regard. I enquired from KV Sanghathan in this regard & they don't have the knowledge abt this.
