Respected Sir, The policy made for PWD is no so less if same must be implimented in right manner, all the facilities for PWD are used by abled or are useless,i want your attension on same 1)Bogie reseverd in the train always attached in front or last neverthless it will be packed by people acept PWD. It is very important to have Some mental training or Vocational training in a primery stage as personly i feel that the thing which make disabled to specially abled is only their self empowerment

My HUF in Byndoor of Kundapura taluka of Udupi dist(Karnataka) had 5 deaf & dumb brothers & sisters, of which there r three living. Govt must support such rarest of rare cases. As far as My HUF considered, I am left alone to feed them & make their life happier.

The efficiency of specially-abled person is much more than the normal person. While providing job to them, one must keep their limitations in mind. According to me, they must be paid on "task" basis and little bit more and not as per conventional procedure.

For providing equal employment opportunities for the specially-abled we can request the skilled specially-abled people to share their knowledge in various fields (as motivational speakers and/or teachers) like computer programming, designs making, business, being innovators, start-ups etc with other non-skilled and semi-skilled specially-abled people to help them compete in this competitive world.

Respected Sir, My brother, Arpan Bose is a specially-abled person suffering from muscular dystrophy. He is a wheel-chaired person. We have seen very closely how a specially-abled person struggles due to certain conditions. Firstly they can rarely avail the cheapest form of long distance travel because of no ramp facility in trains and sometimes due to their body weight it becomes very difficult to lift people like my brother. The train toilets are also difficult to avail for them.

Basic accessibility should be improved. This could be by providing easy access on road or entering building by having ramps. Providing toilets for Physically challenged person. Giving public awareness on how to deal or handle PH individuals. This will stop I'll treatment given by normal people to PH individuals. These facilities mentioned above should be kept compulsory to all new buildings and infrastructure projects.

RESPECTED SIR, Reservation quota for disabled must be increase from 03 to 12 percent in govt & private sector as I also suffering from OH catogrie. 3 % reservation is not sufficient for PH . special recruitment of PH in corporate sector can also help PH. Special training programme under make in India programme and digital India , skilled india can also help disabled .PH can perform as per their capabilities and skilled.
