Sustainable Exploitation of oil and gas potential of the North East region could be a harbinger of economic prosperity for the people of the region. Presently there seems to be a disconnect between the local communities and the Exploration and Production (E&P) operators in the region. This seems to be discouraging E&P activities in the region thereby reducing the number of takers for operations in the region. Although the Govt. of India has been taking several initiatives to promote E&P in the NER, it is essential to make the local communities an important stakeholder in the process.

Suggestions are invited from the public which could encourage people's participation in these activities.

I have some ideas but need support from people of India, Use Public Transport as much as you can, Use Bicycle if you have sitting job or you are businessmen, Don't give vehicles to kids teach them how to drive but give them cycles till they don't earn even if you are very rich, Understand own responsibility towards Nation first then teach other give some contribution in improvements of Nation, try to get accommodation nearby at your workplace so that things goes easy...What you think pls comment

Every city should make one day(it can be sunday)as a cycle day..it will not only reduce the pollution level but also it will improve the health of the people..public transport should not be paused..if 10% of the pollution in a particular city can be decreased then it if we talk about whole coutry..we will be the first country to #ACTONCLIMATE like this..and even world will have to go for this option

SHRI MODI Sir, ECONOMIC experts are saying that it is not that easy to DO BUSINESS IN INDIA especially for START-UP businesses who are like BABIES in business Environment and needs to be nurtured local Business Environment. Take GERMANY as BEST Example, that country was quite successful only because of SMALL BUSINESSES. And IN FACT Very easy to Invest & Take Out Money from GERMANY. First of all REPAIR our MUMBAI & DELHI based businesses. If really improved why our position is still in 142 rank..

for long term supply on LNG tie up with Qartar nation is most vital. 3yrs back QUATAR GOVT had shown interested for 20% stake in PETRONET LNG.if it materialized by your ministry then it will have these benefits. 1.Long term agreement ensure SUPPLY/PRICE stability. 2 it will look like Disinvestment of stake but Management control will remain with IOC/GAIL (if Both sell l0% to QUARTR GOVT) 3.Reform process is in fast track like massage will go to international community.

improvement of road conditions will save lot of petrol and diesel. Toll naka should be digitized Restriction on owing 4 and 2 wheelers per family One day in a week cycle should be used as mode of transport

One such magic crop is Industrial HEMP to produce biodiesel.Biodiesel is a byproduct and there are thousand of industrial benefits with this crop.Creates lots of new jobs.Best suited for NE region and tribal areas and barren lands. After a lot of research, it is my recommendation to our Government to create a Hemp Board similar to Rubber Board or Coconut Board considering its huge potential. Attached a document with details.One crop has the potential to make India self reliant in all fields

Sir, We should have lot more discount in the tax for green vehicles (battery operated).multiple charging points,priority & free parking, as it is done in the west.

i am working as an IT consultant with few NIgerian Oil and Gas companies. I have seen Chinese companies making very strong presence in this part of Africa. Chinese are doing many infra projects ( Metro Rail system, mineral mining,oil and gas exploration). Today crude oil prices are very low and Nigerian Government is looking for ways to increase forex reserve. I would suggest Indian govt to explore this opportunity and see if they can make best out of it as what Chinese are doing. Cheers......
