Dear MODI sir, A survey of the leading economies of Asia, revealed Indian bureaucracy to be not only the least efficient out of all South East Asians & also that working with India's civil servants was a "slow & painful" process.Officials are stealing state property. In all cities & villages throughout India, consisting of municipal & other government officials, elected politicians, judicial officers, real estate developers & law enforcement officials, acquire, develop & sell land in illegal ways

E&P is not for everybody. E&P requires set of skills which can only be developed over the period of time with proper training. E&P, infrastructure & transportation development needs to integrated in order to connect with the local communities in NER. Existing E&P companies needs to do more on CSR especially to eradicate poverty in the area they operate by encouraging localization of certain works. Bureaucracy should be fought & brought down in order to harness the unique skills of youth.

Sir, The price of crude is low. The FDI being sought by you during your visits abroad is very high. The public sector Chief's are not utilizing the chance to improve domestic projects. They think that development is PM's responsibility. Instead let these Chief's come out with new developments for the Country. Also the advt for fuel sales not at all needed. Oil Companies spent a lot on this. If these advts controlled then fuel can be sold on much cheaper prices. Request Your intervention.

Problems Due to Toll Booth on Highways, Solutions and Benefits.
PROBLEMS: Wastage of fuel, Air pollution, Loss of man hour and inconvenience to public. SOLUTIONS: Policy to collect fixed amount at the time of purchase of a vehicle as in the case of road tax and lump sum amount paid to the company to make highways toll free. BENEFIT:Saving fuel, reducing oil import & subsidy, saving time will help business activity and benefit the individual owner,no toll means no quarrel, no loots/arguments.

Dear sir,
Oil companies are wasting money in retail outlets for automation and advertisements, what is the use of it? automation makes the employees lazy,in my point of view.I come to know that one retail outlet spending 20 lakhs for automation, why don't they use this money for make the same outlet run in solar energy? they can generate 20 kw power with this money.1 kw solar power can be generated with 1 lakh rupee.solar panels can easily fit on the top of their canopy.

I want to introduce an improved new methodology, which delivers 95% ~ 97% of Asset information, to all the concerned, against 75% ~ 85% information availability prevailing in current practices. Despite of higher content of data availability the time required is 20% ~ 30% of time required in current prevailing practices.
This will bring down a lot of engineering time, efforts and money
This is proven technology being implemented by 24 oil companies executing 1000+ small and big projrcts . .
