ensuring jobs in the the same exploration industry as if any companies had done exploration they they should hold this:-
1: giving jobs to local people
2: making that nearby city smart city
3: investing on quality education
4: awareness in local people that development for country means development starts from them.
I stated this because no one will give something until they are benefited and ultimately there development means our country development anyway people will get skilled.

Non renewable Resources are always limited and its is wise to use it less qty and max fuel is used in Automobile sector in metro cities.Due high per person vehicle in metros ,an individual use it own instead of sharing it ,request you to make traffic rule in metro cities ..not less than 3 passenger in vehicle is not allowed and ppl. should use max of public transport which help to reduce the traffic load and fuel consumption and give employment to poor ppls.

Identify areas where there could be mistakes by referring the case studies of petroleum industries improper management, inabilities and pollution control issues in the other countries. They should be addressed. The problem is affordability of new technologies and best sustainable practices. Environmental Training of the workers should be supported by government.

Sir a very interesting system which is used to control Railway Signals and thought to share with you. This system ensures that at a time only one train will be on the track also it gives signal to control room in case of detachment of any wagon/compartment. This system we are already using for controlling Mumbai local trains and as per Siemens representative the accident in Mumbai local reduced to almost nil. Sir if we use this system for our entire rail network it will help to reduce accident
