Please exempt all Central and State Govt. pensioners from IT.

encroachment near all rivers shall be removed to ensure clean water. to make people realize the importance of water we shall lay symbolic water tax and install 360 degrees face recognition hidden cameras to capture the incident that promote water pollution , immediate action to be taken against them without fail both in the form of penalty and some social work like cleaning a certain part of the water for 2 hours for few days.

developing waterways system is a good initiative by the government this will definitely lift cleanliness drive, we shall map all our rivers and connect them all, ensure correct and clean water supply through modern digital technology based equipments. Panasonic have developed a system of cleaning river water with a Indian company. we shall promote research and development and map all our water delivery system which shall include supply to installations, industries, households, etc.

we shall work along with religious institutions and pollution control boards in educating people not to pollute our environment including rivers, else one day we will starve for clean and safe drinking water. we shall take up these issues through behavioral sciences in our education system. we shall come up with education programs in government departments, through advertizement and awareness. unless we break our bad habits not much result will come up and by the time we will be too late.

clean ganga initiative seems to meet failure unless we make alternative arrangements for worship remains, mortal remains, idol immersion ceremony, kumbh snan, magh mela snan, chhat puja, etc. we need to be serious in our initiatives, Make in India shall ensure that clean, green and human freindly technologies to be used that do not pollute our rivers, environment and shall not pose any health hazards to individuals. mere putting a fine will not be much effective.

Sir. We are inviting global poeple to establish factory in India. Now. We have to promote / Motivate our industrialists to come forward and increase their production capacity. Goverment should come farward and help them either incease capacity or establish new unit for generation of employment
