We can dedicate 3-4 proper ghats for people putting stuff in Holy Ganga, which can later be taken and used .. they should not be allowed to throw anything in Ganga river

There are whole lot of industries who are going to benefit enormously with some of our government new mass initiatives/programs/campaign such as Swaach Bharat, Make in India, Digital India, especially big MNC/Corporates. You must charge some extra from these big fishes who are going to benefit from these social programs albeit of our national importance. To stop filling Ganga with sewage,domestic sewage can become an asset as farm material to moisturize top soil,ensuring aeration for soil bacteria. Sludge can be stored under water to grow Lotus,Algae and Fish. Paddy can grow over sludge and water. Solid waste accumulations can support Bamboo forest. Once demonstrated,Ganga is clean in 2 years. Sometimes we have to do our own R&D . Sewage treatment in STP is not reliable,dependence should be minimum. Queries are welcome.
