The issue of social access and equity are far too complex. While the gaps in average enrolments between disadvantaged groups like SC, ST, Muslims, girls and Children with special needs and the general population have decreased, there is still a considerably large gap in learning levels with historically disadvantaged and economically weaker children having significantly lower learning outcomes. Large and growing learning gaps threaten the equity gains achieved on the enrolment front because children with lower levels of learning are more likely to drop out. We need to examine current interventions in bridging the gender and social gaps and identify focused strategies for effective inclusion.

Dear Sir, Under your flagship Program of "Beti Bachao Beti Padhao"; You should made Education for Girl Child absolutely Free. The same should be applicable in all Govt. Schools and Private Schools. Even the same should be applicable for even higher or professional studies. Moreso 50% Seats should be reserved for Girl Child in all Educational Institutions. This will give an edge against existing "RTE" wherein 25% seats are reserved for students coming from below privileged Segment of Society.

Inclusion is yet to be understood correctly by stakeholders.Children with special needs are the one who suffer most, and so are socially non-inclusive groups.Teachers have least clarity on inclusion.Learning deficiency in a child is never addressed. My son suffered this throughout, but he never availed any spl privilege.Parents' sensitization is of supreme importance. They feel socially low and keep child out of social circle, and their behavior is restricted, they themselves are never normal.

Yesterday,I went outside with my friend. My friend saw a boy of 13 or 14 year of age on the road, selling''BHUTTA''.We asked him for one while he making we came to know that he had left his studies.I saw him again and he was very dedicatedly preparing that bhtta for us.I dont know why he had left his studies.I was just thinking about all bad circumstances that may urge his family and him to do such a work instead of learning in school. And I didnt ask him too.He should not left his studies..
