The issue of social access and equity are far too complex. While the gaps in average enrolments between disadvantaged groups like SC, ST, Muslims, girls and Children with special needs and the general population have decreased, there is still a considerably large gap in learning levels with historically disadvantaged and economically weaker children having significantly lower learning outcomes. Large and growing learning gaps threaten the equity gains achieved on the enrolment front because children with lower levels of learning are more likely to drop out. We need to examine current interventions in bridging the gender and social gaps and identify focused strategies for effective inclusion.

Following this method, there will be a change in the status of the deprived. There will be some teacher professional at their village - though not M. A., B. Ed. of course, and there will be longing for education. When this longing is created, we can give them facilities to get them further educated and with the present reservation system, they get jobs reserved to them. But we should amend the law to prevent ineligible people from grabbing the opportunities given to the deprived folk.

We should arrange "Home Schools" run at each habitat by giving training to a willing youth to conduct school at his home and paying him salary by creating a special teacher post. Let him begin the school at his home. When many of the children learn the alphabets, the "Teacher" himself is given training Stage II. The students slowly get acquainted with the system of education and online training media is to be setup and when a suitable number of students come forward, the infrastructure arranged.

We need to formulate a plan for making the parents of the children educate first - of the need to come to the main stream, of the need to be a human being, of the need to realise their rights, of the need to protect himself from exploitation etc. etc. The present plans are making them "civilised" by forcing them out of the habitat and getting education at the towns - which in turn results in the loss of their son or daughter for ever. So, we need to provide education at their habitat for success

The social gaps are always there and our conventional approach is to give reservations for them. But this is not effective and is widely misused with converted folk grab the stake and the backward classess (non-converts) still at dark. So, we need to rethink. The backwardness of students is with the backwardness of their parents. So, to make the children learn is to make the parent learn first. Many of the parents find their children an "aide" to face difficulties. So, social security is must.

I am sending some suggsstions to support teachers' & some children who are depend upon our kindness....................
