Govts have accepted Pay commissions' recommendations and doled out salary raises to its employees. This has put heavy pressure of its finance. Govt should think in terms of quid pro quo, i.e. it should get in return better quality & quantity of babus work commensurate with raises given to them. Productivity of babus must incraese if they want more money from the govt.

I have written to PCRA several times to promote electric rice cookers, as they are more energy efficient compared to pressure cookers. Heat goes directly to the item being cooked and only water required for rice is heated. Water having high sp heat consumes a lot of heat in a pressure cookers. Hope this forum understands my views and does the needful.

IN MY OPINION BEGGING CAN ONLY BE CONTROLLED BY GIVING MORE AND MORE EMPLOYMENT OPPORTINUTIES FOR POOR ADULTS AND GIVING EDUCATION TO POOR KIDS AND AVOID THEIR TRAFFICING.

India's worst disease in front of the world is begging and it has been there for generation so we have got to come up with some tricky ideas here is my vacate all the illegal property and also all these empty spaces under government authority should be given to beggars for residents first and than we should go for education health etc.

Reward and honour the CMs who make there states beggar free. Every state should honour and reward MLA's who make their territory beggar free. Offer DNA tests for kids with the Beggars in case they are carrying abducted kids. Rehabilitation of beggars by removing them from public places.

-Beggars should be taught some industrial skill or some sort of skill development should be done so that they could be engaged in more reputed work and get enough money. - With skill development they should be also sent to night schools or institution which give them training should teach them some basic reading, writing so that they become more empowered. - For this govt. should increase night schools in the country.

Study their difficulties and it will give you solution.
