More such cases of cyber threats have taken over the world by storm and have widely opened the need for proper safety norms to tackle the issue. There needs to be proper planning, and implementation of strict regulations in schools, at home to monitor young viewers’ screen time.

Suggestions for Amendments of existing MSMES ACT. are follows
1.GROGRAPHIC EXPANSION AND LARGE DOMESTIC MARKET:Encourage MSMES TO expand to new regions of the country ,because our country had large geographically area,that there are a various chances to spreads MSMES IN VARIOUS PARTS of country.
2.We have 144 crore population, so we had large domestic market, when we framing amendment for the act ,we have to consider the needs of the people for establishing new MSMES FOR ENCOURAGING NEW PRODUCTS.

1.MSMEs have been successful in various countries due to various reasons and strategies.
1.GOVERNMENT SUPPORT:Our govt has invited to make the amendment for earlier act of MSMES, it's desirable thing to framing the better policy .
2.To promote MSMES, such as tax exemptions, subsidies and training.
3.Act should be diversified into various sectors, such as textiles, food processing, pharmaceuticals,leather and leather goods, jute products,software products.
4.Micro Financial services should be access to concern entrepreneurs. so we have to enhance funding options, reduce interest rates.
