India is among 51 countries to sign the “Rome Declaration” on “Achieving Self-sufficiency in Safe Blood and blood products based voluntary non-remunerated donation”. Blood is an intrinsic requirement for health care and proper functioning of the health system. National AIDS Control Organization under Department of Health and Family Welfare has been primarily responsible for ensuring provision of safe blood for the country since 1992. National Blood Policy 2003 reiterates firmly the government’s commitment to provide safe and adequate quantity of blood, blood components and blood products.

However, in India, a needy patient or his relatives have to run from pillar to post in search of blood and the onus of procurement of blood still lies with the patient and not with the service provider.

Suggestions are invited on how to develop a nationally coordinated and well networked blood transfusion service in the country and reach 100% voluntary blood donation to enable us to meet the global goal of self sufficiency in blood and blood products.

Plz take necessary action to regularize B.Sc. (Hons.) Computer Science Course in University of Delhi in order to bring about the welfare of many staff who are working since last 13 years in different Colleges on TEMPORARY BASIS without any promotion and without any benefits. We are all waiting since 13 years for the regularization of B.Sc. (Hons.) Computer Science & we are sincerely hoping that it will happen sometime or someday. You are humbly requested to look into the matter sympathetically.

In USA poor people have Medicaid insurance, above 65 years old people have Medicare. Why don't we implement that... IN INDIA, If a man or woman has fever nobody goes to doctor because of money problem.... If we implement the insurance option like Medicare, Medicaid that will help us....

"Comfort Station", ie. clean toilets for women & girls, in villages & rural schools, is certainly a good initiative of the PM. It may be worth while to consider, if already not done, to design modular pre-fab minimum maintenance comfort stations in 4-6 easy-to-assemble parts, with pre-installed fittings, plumbing, ventilation, door frames, easy-fit door, etc, for mass production, quick & easy transportation and installation. I am sure India does have the competence & capability.

all i have to say is lets talk abut peace. because prosperity follow peace. it is rule n this is how it should go. when ministers and administratives themselves are not in peace. how will they make peacefull environment. Peace is the key of everything in my opinion. Please invite Mr. Prem rawat to talk about peace. he is continuously addressing in govt. forums in various country. and having a great feedback. lets start think about peace of heart.

In India nowadays on 80% railway stations there is a supply of polluted water.so my suggestion is that if on the railway stations 30 40 RO water purifier installed of worth rs 3-4 lakh only.so the public doesn't buy the water bottle of 20rs by illegal venders .if there is a problem of maintenence cost of RO's then my suggestion is to set the donation box .and i m 100 % sure that the public of India must contribute the money for this cause.....
