why not hemp Or bhang cultivation is legalised in india, there are two types of plant one is very low CBD and not effective. fibre can be produced from the plant which was the first cotton of world, it was in India. this crop requires very less water and therefore will help farmers generate income in their driest months. Contribute to farmers, climate change, indian economy . and the extra bonus for the customers anti bacterial.

For large investment in infrastructure projects, government has to arrange money.
Long term infrastructure bonds have to be reintroduced.
The people will be able to invest money for building the nation while deriving tax benefits.
Government would get the money in one go even before start of projects.
It would be better option than tolls on highways or increasing indirect tax rates.
It woul be win-win situation for both public, and government.

Make more facilities for layman travelling single women to stay for a night or 3, similarly for layman bachelors, male and female, students and job goers. This will bring more freedom, culture exchange and unity. need option of dormitory, twin sharing or individual room for single person. enough of the full fledged 1flats only designed for family life!
Companies can buy and run these. can be used as bunkers too for single people who need some rest in day time when far from home.

Respected Sir
Sharing one of my article which was published in a leading newspaper. It is about budgeting. But the simplicity of the article is that we all individuals should know the art of budgeting and saving ourselves where we can help Government and several policies and programs. Sir it is our duties and responsibilities to help government. I wish and hope that if everyone is saving and valuing money we all can become a great contributor in strengthening economy of our country. Jai Hind
