The desirable growth for country is horizontal and not vertical. Infrastructure development across all tier 2, tier 3 cities is urgently required. This will reduce burden on metro cities. Reduction in stamp duty and registration fee is required. Stamp duty should be less for rural and semi urban places. Connectivity between cities should be improved lot. With this smaller cities will grow and employment opportunities will grow.

Make more facilities for layman travelling single women to stay for a night or 3, similarly for layman bachelors, male and female, students and job goers. This will bring more freedom, culture exchange and unity. need option of dormitory, twin sharing or individual room for single person. enough of the full fledged 1flats only designed for family life! Companies can buy and run these. can be used as bunkers too for single people who need some rest in day time when far from home.

There are generally a bus depot in most of city in our country. We should construct 3 to 4 Bus depot in all metro station and 2 to 3 Bus depot in all other cities. This change will reduce traffic nearby Bus depot areas. Public will get their Bus in nearby areas. Also, there should built many small size shoppes in Bus depot. This will reduce cost burden on government for construction of Bus depot. Also, many people get their Shop. on the same line, We should increase City Bus depots with shop.

Dear Sir, The last & final one, is to make Infrastructure construction and operation cost cheaper., the first and foremost important to reduce the Rate of Fuel ( Diesel and Petrol). The Cost of Row material is lower and hence, the process and processing cost of Final Product -Petrol and Diesel must be reduced. This will bring down all other cost and make saving to public which they in return invest in other sectors and cash flow will remain same.
