The Swach Bharat Abiyan is appreciated all over. But, to make it grand success, the Local Bodies needs to be given much more powers to punish the person who are making dirty on roads/drains. The Local Bodies including the public representative should make accountable in this regard. People have no fear of action by administration for spoiling the area. This should be created first in order to make the programme a grand success. I hope this message will be read and action be taken.

IPH department put separate pipe lines for drinking and irregation water.why not single line for both so because public can own there family water filters them selves.in laid g.i. pipes,24 hour water supply sh. be continued to mobilise natural resources most efficiently as rusting and degradation of pipes is same with still and running water.so,why do not transport maximum water with a pipe.

Knowing fully well that the open defecation in railways will deliberately lead to manual scavenging we have done nothing. If the Government is doing nothing in this regard, how can we appeal to the public to honor their commitment to a clean India. If we can provide better toilets in railways, half of the work is done. Then we can cut the subsidies into half for those who does not have toilets in their houses, and cut fully if they openly defecate inspite of having toilets.

1. Caste - the users of toilets are Forward, the plumbers are backward and the scavengers are scheduled caste. Introspect. Freedom is living in dignity. Eradicate caste and its usage. 2. Legislation of an Act against manual scavenging and punishing the offenders severely. 3. To relocate the existing scavengers to a better job. 4. Modernizing pipe lining, cleaning and scavenging mechanism and at a cost to those who avail of the services. 5. Mechanical aids with minimum human intervention.

Dear PM Sir We can eliminate manual scavenging, by providing Mandatory Sewage lift stations at all colonies. As we have mandatory street lighting, roads in new housing construction we should insist on providing Sewage Lift Stations at all housing colonies. The sewage from these lift stations should be connected to the main sewage line maintained by the respective Municipalities. Also i suggest we build Public toilets at all Temples areas and these should be maintained by respective temples.

PM Sir. Just to bring to your notice that private Healthcare in India has been increasing the burden of Healthcare by providing only low risk services and leaving out high risk care for public healthcare services. Any Healthcare service system must provide comprehensive services and not selective services. It is my request that you look in this in detail.

Respected sir, first each and every house in both the rural, urban and slum areas should be provided with the toilet facilities and water. By using NGOs the rural people should be educated regarding the problems related to manual scavenging. in urban areas pipeline connection system should be attached with all houses so that the gases released the night soil can be used for making the gobar gas which can then be used for cooking, though this task may be difficult but govt can take initiative
