There are some major constraints in eliminating manual scavenging 1. Education - Educating children about this however Add the subjects like Cleanness (swachchatha) and self scavenging. 2. Ban manual scavenging and use machines 3. life long toilet facility is must for each and every house or flats and buildings. Approval of concerned departments for newly built buildings regarding this. 3. Capacity wise Toilets should be restricted to all buildings

First, launch a project called "Feed India, Healthy India" under the direct control of PMO. Each Indian donate Rs. 1 per day to the fund. This fund would be used to provide free healthy food: breakfast. lunch and dinner to all those who are desperate and in dire need, poor, disabled, aged, destitute, orphan, sick etc. Start from each small village. Each village would form a tem of volunteers who would run its kitchen. Village authorities know who are poor and destitute people in their village.

1/ Dear Honourable Prime Minister, It most abhorrent and most dislike conversation I ever have witnessed to hear from a very responsible personality an MLA from state of Rajastan constituency, who's conversation with Chief Medical Officer of the state is hardly a words can describe; but only to say 'deplorable' and down right using a gangster, thuggish gutter style language to issue an instructions to a Civil servant, like imposing an authoritative orders.

2/ This unfortunate incident and telecon been heard all over the media and on the public forums to give a stark example of an illiteracy and short sighted BJP party MLA's; who's background nothing more than thug and yobbos who address to a fellow human with very low opinion, let alone respecting their position within society. I must underline such repugnant and prejudicial behaviour must not go unpunished; and must be severe reprimand and speedy result oriented action from the Government.

3/ I strongly condemn his battery of adduce gives an inkling the said MLA operating in Banana Republic rather than civilised society. These kind of dim witted MLA 's who bring entire party and Government stance and the policy in disrepute and create a consternation among society, in my opinion such people must not hold high office of the Government position and if found breaking protocol of their oath and laws, which mandate; S/He took at the time of their appointment.

4/ Then immediate replacement by the party must be arrange via re-local by election; to appoint suitable more educated candidate from the same community, to stem out the scourge, cause this kind bring nothing but disgrace to the party and to the Government, and to the Nation; ordinary voters loose their confidence in the system, they see these MLA and MP nothing more than a just common thugs and gangsters in clean bright cloths.

Who will report it? To identify areas of manual scavenging send empty ballot boxes on rail routes for employees to mark the places where it exists. Thereafter action plan can be put in place

Sir, I came to know that export of red meat has been increased up to 15.38%, it disappointed most of the Indians. We, at least expect that if it can't be controlled then must not increase to this limit. Hope you will take measures to decrease it and vanish it.

The major constraints in eliminating manual scavenging is lack of public facilities with properly designed toilets and health education in public area. Firstly, it require a modern design of public and private facilities. Facility should be inline with requirements of accessibility, usage, maintenance, eco friendly and life span of the facility. We may need to explore and/or adopt new technology of auto-flush, and water free urinal system available. Thank you!
