Sir, I have noticed most of these beggars are not disabled, they are young girls and guys some are kids. In many cases it has become a business. Borrowing babies to gain sympathy of common man. However if we can open a industry for them, like maintenance of Solar plants, making them work for Swach bharat I'm sure we need many people to work in these. However I'd like to bring it to your attention that most of these kids beg for money to buy dendrite to abuse it as drug more than for food.

i think we need to do a systematic work on this beggars issue ,first the survey to make a list of them ,then to find out how many are in real need ,and then categerise them under handicapped ,old age, orphans etc,then think of what we should do for them .providing free sevices to all is a bad idea .NGOs can be given this responsibility of survey.

Beggers is also a kind of manpower that we can consider , my suggestion is to give platform for beggers to discuss and share there problems and views about there future and finally we can come over from such problems.
