Sir, Permanent Poor Feeding Halls can be arranged with water and hygiene. Collection groups attached to Feeding homes collect the left-overs from hotels and function halls. Distribution to disabled beggars be arranged in organized manner. Sort of identity can also be assigned. Food to be consumed there only. Once hunger of the beggar is addressed, Govt & Public can forcefully distance them from begging. Philanthropic societies can run these feeding halls and Govt to provide logistics.

The begging is increasing rapidly in our country. The Constraints as per my view shall be following steps- (1) Provide sufficient work for those who are helpless. and poor. (2) continous programme to make awareness in those poeople regarding education of their child and disadvantage of begging on their life & future. Sir, I would like to say about adarsh gram yojana. My only suggestion is that you should adopt two village inspite of one. As you can make any two village adarsh in a given time frame and that will give a very aggressive message to all the MPs across india. Why I am saying this because you Yourself said from Red Fort that if a minister or MP or buerocrate will work 12 or 13 hours then you will work 14 -15 hours. SO if you adopt 2 village then it will be a very positive and huge message to all.

sir as a part of my extra caricular activity,i once visited a panchayat member .what he said to me was they are getting a lot of sc/st funds .but they cant use scince there are very few number of peoples under these categories.if you can make a chainge in the way of allocation of founds ,instead of cast basis but according to the needy it will be great
