Basic for employment is education. Have a look at current situation of education: "IF YOU CAN’T AFFORD FEE? REMOVE YOUR CHILD FROM OUR SCHOOL" http://www.ahmedabadmirror.com/ahmedabad/others/Udgam-row-Cant-afford-fee-Remove-your-child/articleshow/45028955.cms So there is high need of Fee Regularity Authority in Education from primary to doctorate (like TRAI for telecom)

On beggars rehabilitation I want to share some facts in my opinion, I saw that when government provides free home to the poor people for free them instead using it for shelter they give that home on rent. Because they required money first than shelter. So, instead of giving free amenities to them we should concentrate on how we can increase their purchasing power.

To control the beggars we need to provide government help age homes in each district where anyone given free shelter and food and trained with skills to survive. And we make sure that there is no more beggars anymore in our country. If the beggars are found they can be easily reported to the toll free number then the authorities arrive and take them. If they are not wishing to stay back in the home. They are not allowed to beg hereafter and should be left out making sure that they don't beg.

There are different types of Beggars in our country, some are really poor with some disabilities and can't able to work & earn by themselves (Real Beggars) and some have all in place like hands, legs, with good health, can able to work & earn, but still they are habituated to beg (they are poor, but not beggars from my point of view)...So, we should concentrate more on Real Beggars who really needs help/money/food etc. and for other beggars those who can work, we should try to provide some work!

green india is possible through changes of policy like any person make plantation in a year they will take rs.10000 less or more tax exemption in income tax, loan taker can get loan at .15% less or more concessional interest iii or can get one more gas cylinder in year if any person make at least one plantation in year . by this way India will be completely green no doubt but state or central govt. should take initiative . people will participate more n more no doubt

they should first be provided a work then only money. no free relief money or easy money should be given to them at all. sir all are habitual lazy want money without work. old age beggar may have some other type of problem but not sure. it may vary person to person. WORK FIRST THEN MONEY.

Sir, you and Raj Nath Ji are visiting Australia and Israel respectively. Both the countries are famous for maintaining very good milking cow and because of that, they have qualitative milk at lower price. Our country is in dire need of qualitative milk, leads to health and earning source of our farmers. If we can import high breed cow/bull (male) from there. Also please accompany with you some farmers and expert there,to visit how they (Australia/Israel) operate the whole dairy system.
