open some caring center in every small city of country only for those who have no shelter with any disability. trained other beggars for any special course. providing beggary should be offensive and heavily penalized.

I work with beggars in Cannought Place, Delhi. I have seen them closely. Most of the beg because people come and give them something. Many beg because they have nothing to eat. Many bed because they found it as an easy option to earn. A very minute place based approach is required. A different approach for every place by studying beggar of that place.

Respected Sir, If we see beggars, do not know where to communicate, and who is going to take them to provide a basic needs. We are seeing many traffic signals the beggars are roaming around and creating a poor image with foreign nationals who is travelling to our country. Even they are taking photograph and reputation will reduce in global forum. "If make clear statement "Begging is offence, Gov will provide basic needs"..Give us a toll free number, and website to post our message with evidence

sir, a big land should be undertaken where the beggars shold be given shelter those who doesn't have homes to lives. Where they should be trained for several work and provided with work to earn for their livelihood. This will also provide skilled labour to the nation. In this way we can also eliminate beggary and turn it into skilled labour providing organisation.
