We need introduce Electronic Medical Records for all the people based on a cloud based repository and Improve Wide Area Network connectivity across the Country and enable the people to access their Electronic Medical Records anywhere

Sir, it was heartening to note the institution of dedicated geriatric centres. With fast vanishing joint families, the elderly & infirm often are left to fend for themselves. Those in the economically weaker sections of this group suffer the most. Hence, a separate geriatric registry for every district with special health cards / house visits by nurses / dedicated ambulance facilities / insurance for illnesses with long term maintenance therapy should be attempted to improve this segment.

Sir, a healthy childhood ensures a reasonably healthy adult life. Hence, it is important to address maternal well being, foeticide, neonatal & infant health with greater vigour. All village health nurses and district hospitals should be trained to register pregnancies, provide ante and immediate post natal care, immunisations should be strictly adhered to. These records can be digitised & a dedicated application to monitor MMR / IMR can be developed, to be reviewed periodically for shortfalls.

Also we have issues like farmers suicide as they don’t know about policies so the group sessions can be organized for them. The good points for such system will be that. • If NGO are involved in providing such services then their working can be monitored by the government. • The government can create a database of such cases.

I am a software engineer associated mostly with health care domain. Earlier I was working with EMQFF A U.S company working in mental health care service. In India many people have started getting into depression and if the case worsens peoples either turn suicidal or can lead to crime. I know that we have family courts etc but it’s more like registering a complain against ur family but sometimes it’s more an health issue which can be dealt with sympathetic angle rather than pointing a finger.

Also i suggests in this concept why not we established Modern technology support system in government hospitals like private n corporate hospital for improving the hospital services in the community, also we need to think paper less working in government hospital. It will be helpful for saving the time as well as benigit for environment.

NeHA is good initiative of govt of India to improve CHC services, for establishing e health system in India, I would like to suggest we need to take help of cloud computing for e health system it will not only save the storage space but also help in access information at one time by the multiple users in their devices through their login id. in this concept we need to provide the telemedicine facility which will help to far distance CHC,PHC where they can not avail doctors expertise for cosult

It is an excellent Idea , People can consult expert physians through mobiles and internet .If we could link the pathological report and pulse,BP and other body conditions , then the doctors can give more accurate diagnosis and prescription.The aim should be to check unnecessary expenses and faster relief to the patient.
