NeHA can be utilized for collection of old medicines (but within expiry date) also. A registered member can upload details of the medicines that he or she has in stock and book a ticket. Then somebody, might be a representative of the local municipality/corporation should call the person and collect the medicines on a mutually agreed date and time. These medicines can be helpful for financially backward patients.

NeHA should have a robust portal and a mobile app to facilitate calling specialist doctors (including Homeopathy, Ayurvedic, and Unani doctors) at home for aged, bed-ridden, and infirm parents. Family members and relatives of such patients find it extremely difficult to take these patients out to doctor's chamber. There should be a facility of ticket-booking and somebody should call the registered patient party and inform the date and time of doctor's arrival.

For any e-Authority to be successful esp wrt benefits for citizens, we must ensure e- availability of verified records of the citizens. Aadhar no. helps in that but there must be a legislative backing to it so that it is not only voluntary but also mandatory. Having said that, we can always start working with the data & records that are there in the sys. NeHA should serve as a databank wrt a citizen's health records- blood group,BP range, allergic rxns,drug sensitivity,med his,vaccine schd, etc.

The government should make a health policies for all his citizens. There are so many people of India died due to lack of medicine. It is our responsibilities to give a batter medical facility to our citizens.Please make a good platform for the citizens who wants to help the people in the field of medicine.
