As per our field experience while working on eHealth-Care project, we found that the doctors, nurses and para-medicals require ‘Medical Informatics’ training before implementation and success of the project. Course details can be browsed @ http://www.ehcfsmi.edu.in . The course is highly focused and subject-centric. We have incorporated all the aspects practically required in Medical Informatics. It arms the students with IT skills which they use as an effective tool in their field.

now we have only 2 tier system for classifying patients for benefits in health sector , ie BPL AND APL - below and above poverty line . Instead we should have 3 tier system -- 1 . top , the super rich who never need govt6 help. 2. middle class who need govt help in case of treatments with heavy debt 3. who always need govt help for treatment . govt do need to help 3rd one as first priority and fully take responsibilty of their treatment . 2nd we can ask for contributory method- insurance.
