India is huge country with huge population. As per my view we need to established either UK or USA system for Health Management.Either centralised every medical system( do not allow private) or make mandatary for health insurance each and every people. Other option is to open AIIMS( Delhi Branch) , APPOLO(Delhi branch) Medanta (Gurgaon)and Vellore like Medical College with Hospital in all district of India which rural popoulation is more than 80%.

4. Absence of Guidelines for Rights to Practice and Use Word Ayurveda: Everyone is free to use word Ayurveda. Many people practice Ayurveda in Tents (Khandani Dawakhana). Many famous people like Baba Ramdev and Baba Asharam prescribes Ayurveda treatment openly through media without any institutional qualification. Some pansaries (Kiryana Shop keeper) are doing this practice. Allopathic pharmacist is entitled to dispense Ayurvedic drugs.
