Children are the best group to be focused for training in Swachh Bharat as they have got strong learning power and a flexibility for behaviour change. From my experience, when i was using CLTS tool in one of the Jaipur slum , it was observed that hand washing practice when explained to them was easily adopted and they probe their elders in the family also to do so. Hence, sanitation or collectively WASH should be a compulsory subject till tenth class in schools just like moral science.

The teachers in school are also parents of kids. The way of teaching in schools are mechanical now and lack emotional touch of a teacher and student. So, teaching staff first needs to be taught that cleanliness is not marks obtained but it is behavior which is grabbed every moment of life by an individual and needs to be cultured again among children as saying prayers or eating your food or respecting your elders or how to greet anyone.

I think a special award should be given to schools which fulfill the cleanliness initiatives . For this a special committee should be set up by the respective boards controlled by cent. gov.. Also, within the school premises special workshops on cleanliness should be held and special duties should be assigned to students for cleanliness in school premises. HOPING FOR BEST!!!!!!

1) Compulsory dust-bins in every school subject to inspection by government. 2) Littering in school should invite heavy fines 3) Washroom manners need to be taught right from kindergarten level.

The first thing we need to note in school syllabus is the activities. In Universal syllabus we can include the interest of all the people and also make the student to focus on those points that are necessary. In states' schooling, the syllabus is influenced by the regional political parties putting more emphasis on the greed of particular political party rather than the national interests. The unification of the syllabus is possible only through the central university act.

As we are modernised day by day, we need more awareness about our surroundings. Then, the books can foray into our ignorance by virtue of the books. The publications thus needs proper approach and methodology. In childhood our primary awareness or foundation is developed that increases our reflective awareness later on. It is the primary knowledge that needs to be direct and clean so that the young minds can understand the complexities through secondary awareness later on.
