i am pursuing my graduation from Delhi University.i am also doing project on SWacch Bharat but what i find is this that there is huge lack of inter department co-ordination. like(MCD,PWD and others)I asked MCD officials to construct TOILETS and put DUSTBINS in North Campus of DU. but they don't agree. they told that its not their work to put Plastic dUSTBINS.Even the condition of public Toilets is not good. To construct Toilets and Putting Dustbin in whole educational area is most urgent.

Proud to say that my parents insisted on our carrying bus ticket stubs to pencil sharpening waste, were always to be carried back by us,brought home and put properly in separate bin at home. Ditto same for any travel wastes incl even when in trains, any litter was always carried by us to the nearest next stop and put in proper bins.By Instilling this as a natural right way of life, have found ourselves to be a ridiculed, but do not care as find the others' ways of littering as a matter of contempt.

Easy to catch them young;make waste segregation and management(GREEN/WHITE/RED bins for biodegradable/paper/plastic, respectively)a natural everyday habit by enforcing at schools, colleges and importantly at every home and family.Parents should also be told to make it a daily practice at homes. Each Classroom,in reputed institutions to have 3 such bins, teachers to guide and enforce the same.If we start doing so,it would become a natural tendency to not litter, reduce waste and also recycle.

Moral Education be part of curriculam since nursery class. Usage of Polythene should be discouraged which are a menace both in urban and rural India. When Hill stations can ban it, why not rest of India. Its going to be a bit tough in beginning with people resisting, but again education is key..

Sir, how our education system has ruined due to uncountable examples. For one small example:- the top officers/leaders/so called social reformers/teachers teachings in govt schools they will prefer to give education to their child not in Govt. School but in private schools, for why? every body knows the answer. The private managements always ahead although we have top officers with money and power, but we never use the same.

Sir, Cleanliness is an habit, this habit should be develop from families and as from classes. Before days(during our Period) the teachers always checked our nail, teeth and dresses and we are advised for cleanness, but during this 40 years the system has been changes. Now the teachers are not willing for teaching they are running for personal tuition. Politics, political people & rich families are owner of institutions. Govt. School/colleges have been squeegee for benefits of private one.
