Science-based entrepreneurship is yet to get momentum. Without the science entrepreneurism practised at schools, colleges and universities, creativity in science can not be expected. The pre-condition is rigorous training and continuous learning among the science teacher, science professors, and institutes. I urge the government machinery should develop an integrated system of science-based entrepreneurship promotion, recognition and funding. Mere science teaching without social implication will nit serve anyway. Creativity in science should be celebrated with enthusiasm.

Why not try underwater payload transfer, self driven bots from ship to ship? This not only keeps secrecy but also ensures an easy cargo mode as it is easy to cruise through underwater than the surface. It can be directed/rerouted using GPS feedback. Optimum air bellows can keep it afloat under water to reduce the required energy for it to move.

part-time researchers are extremely neglected by the govt universities as UGC holds norms of total intake no for each faculty is 8. but partime researchers are also keen to work towards innovations. please stop imposing such an upper limit of intake. it is very difficult to get a good guide for the specific areas which are less saturated eg. conversion of computer algo which were working in classical computers in quantum computers. etc., lots of net /jrf holders are working as a par timer after Ph.D. in many collages. please confirm their positions and private engineering colleges must run their classes at least +1 degree above teachers. eg. b.tech guys must not able to take the classes of mca. etc. lots of collage eg. pailan collage of management and technology runs their mca classes with b.tech holders. they get into such positions by nepotism or personal recommendations. most of the private engineering colleges are money thrusty.
