Shaheed Bhagat Singh was not only a symbol of courage and patriotism but also a young thinker who believed in learning and contributing to society. His ideas continue to inspire generations of Indians to take an active role in shaping the nation.

Shaheed Bhagat Singh believed that ideas are more powerful than weapons. Today, how can the power of ideas, knowledge, and innovation be harnessed by the youth to shape the India of tomorrow?

Reflect on how values such as patriotism, courage, critical thinking, social responsibility, and active citizenship can empower young Indians to contribute towards a stronger, more progressive, and developed India.

Some suggestions: 1. As youngsters knowing our past history will help to become more patriotic. Though we have come across science and tech our roots knowledge helped to build modern era in some way or the others. Without our roots we are nothing. So knowing our past is important for youngsters.

Shaheed Bhagat Singh believed that youth are the driving force behind any meaningful national transformation. For him, true freedom was not merely the end of foreign rule, but the creation of a society free from inequality, poverty, and social injustice. In today's era, his vision serves as a powerful guiding light for young Indians. To build the India of tomorrow, today’s youth must adopt his principles of scientific thinking, active civic participation, and selfless service. Rather than remaining passive observers, young people must use their knowledge, technology, and creativity to solve real-world problems. Bhagat Singh emphasized reading, critical thinking, and unity above communal divisions. By focusing on education, innovation, and social equality, today's youth can fulfill his dream of a strong, self-reliant, and progressive nation. His legacy reminds us that true patriotism lies in working dedicatedly for the betterment of society.

POLICY PROPOSAL: ESCROW-BASED CIVIC WORKFLOW FOR URBAN LOCAL BODIES To achieve Viksit Bharat, urban governance must shift from bureaucratic to citizen-driven. Currently, municipal funds are marked "100% utilized" despite poor street execution, unchecked encroachments, and foul smells. Internal, paper-based completion certificates disconnect government data from ground reality, leaving citizens zero leverage over sub-standard local works.  Proposed Framework: "Society-Led Public Sign-Off" **Civic App:** A central plug-and-play app logs all ward-level tasks (sweeping, repairs) with budgets and timelines. **Citizen Approvers:** Tasks are geo-mapped to the nearest Housing Society. Elected heads act as digital "First Auditors." *PLEASE REFER TO THE ATTACHED PDF FOR:*  * Detailed 3-Tier Dispute Resolution Matrix & Blacklisting Rules * Alignment with Swachh Survekshan & Ease of Living Index * Technical Architecture of the Open-Source Escrow App

Dear Respected Sir, Lot of disturbing videos are coming from Satya Niketan, south Delhi. Students are living in dilapidated conditions. Certainly hostels are not sufficient to reside all the students. All colleges can have their hostels built outside Delhi or near Border areas wherever empty land is available. Students can travel by Metro. At least students life will not be in danger. Kindly make one rule. All students will be provided accommodation by Delhi University. They can charge. Already students are paying 15000 to 20000 per bed. Best regards, Sandeep Agarwal
