सबसे ज्यादा जरूरी ग्रामीणों को उनके जन अधिकारों के प्रति जागरूक करना एवं उनके जागरूक प्रयासों को शासन स्तर पर प्रोत्साहन प्रदान करना है । हरेक गाँव मे जागरूकता कैंप लगाकर ग्रामीणों मे बैठ चुके भय को दूर करना पड़ेगा । इसमें शासन के सारे विभागों को सम्मिलित किया जाय । इस प्रकार सभी विभागों के कार्य शैली से ग्रामीणों का साबका हो सकेगा एवं जरूरत पड़ने पर वे संबन्धित विभाग मे बिना किसी दलाल के संपर्क कर पाएंगे ।

Adarsh gram should have these things: 1. One high-speed internet-choupal 2. One permanent internet trainer who will guide from farmers to artisans how to reap benefits from internet 3. A permanent exhibition center on household options for sanitation / toilets 4. One career center 5. At least one modern community Bio-toilet at the village market. 5. One well-maintained drinking-water source with soothing plantation. 6. All villagers having bank-accounts. 7. All girls/boys sent to schools

Every youth wants that their living place must be the best one which must hve all the facilities from A to z which includes e-seva wificonn sports facilities but d questions is the mps & mlas of that constituency are busy in building up their own account
Then how can it turn into a adarsh gram

1Govt. must give responsibility to private players for schooling in villages and take repeatedly inspection of development
2 Encourage solar power for electricity & rain water harvesting.
3 Each village must have their Warehouse to avoid crop destruction; villages should connect with roads & canals
4.Each Tehsil (Taluka)/District must have Govt. Hospital with advanced amenities; it must be under surveillance of strict administration
5.Govt. should give Tax benefit to Corporate houses to open Warehouse, Hospitals and schools

A committee comprising local government and common people should ensure the following and report it through central e-Reporting system:-
1)Water supply,2)Concrete Road,3)Latrine and Toiets in rural bus stands also,4)Internet facility by Govt. at minimum cost,5)School Building with Electricity,6)Upgrade Rural Library with e-learning,7)Cultural Awareness camp by Panchayat,8) Banking Facility in far flung areas,9)Skill development centers,10) Upgrade Rural Hospitals with Fair Price Medicine Shop,

The MPs should-
1. Upgrade rural schools
2. Build toilets in all schools in all the villages across India
3. Make electricity & water available for 24 hours in villages
4. Eradicate superstitions from the minds of the people
5. Listen to the problems of the people & take effective measures

बूंद-बूंद से सागर भरता है ये हम बचपन से सुनते आए हैं...एक से शुरुआत करके ही अनेक तक पहुंचा जा सकता है...इसलिए सांसदों को चाहिए कि वो बिना किसी भेदभाव के अपने संसदीय क्षेत्र के सबसे पिछड़े गांवों का इस योजना के तहत चयन करें और फिर पूरी निष्ठा और ईमानदारी से उसे पूरा करें...सिर्फ फोटो खिंचाने से मोदीजी का मकसद पूरा नहीं होगा...ये बात सांसदों को समझनी होगी...

The Yo jana should be linked to watershed development. Watershed clusters can be idenotified on the basis of priority for conservation. Such clusters of about 10000 hectares each then should be developed using one or more natural resource as the nucleus. MULA fonds should be linked to such programmes. Presently, these funds are largely used in an unplanned manner. I have a framework conceived in this regard which I am willing to share.

By public sharing of information create a competitive spirit amongst the villages and the sponsor MPs/political parties regarding achievements. Share this info in data.gov. Information can be on schools facilities, school results, hospital facilities, green coverage, economic activity etc.

Dear PM ji, Single level platform for Ecomnomic development at all Grampanchayats,we can develop proper plan to grampanchayat will have every 5000 or more population contain one unit of Common Service Centers(CSC),for example 2 or more grampanchayats have 5000 population will be established as a one CSC at majar grampanchayat. I was implementing project report(SRS) of Grampanchayat Database Information System in PPP(public private partnership) method on sharing with State and Central Governments
