The Prime Minister shared a visionary approach to transform the development journey of our villages in the form of the Saansad Adarsh Gram Yojana. The initiative calls upon MPs to select a village in their constituency and make it a Model Village by 2016. Furthermore, the number of model villages should increase as time progresses so that in a decade a large number of villages become Model Villages across India.

The rationale behind a landmark idea such as this is clear- India lives in the villages and India will only progress when our villages progress. Development of villages can happen best when everybody walks shoulder to shoulder and contributes towards the comprehensive development of the village. And who better than the local Members of Parliament to drive this change!

This specially created forum on MyGov invites out of the box ideas on how the Saansad Adarsh Gram Yojana can become the driving force in bringing a qualitative difference in our villages. Lets make the development of our villages a grand mass movement and together create a golden future for rural India.

govt have intiated swach bharat mission.i have seen by that lots of awareness created in village small town also.but they tend to accumulate the waste near road throwing to drain and sometimes it is airlifted by wind ...my point is govt should provide free dustbin to every shop or houses and collect them through waste collection process....strengthen the WASTE MANAGEMENT INTEGRATING WITH SWACCH BHARAT MISSION...

सांसद विकास योजना के तहत चयनित ग्राम में पुर्णतः प्राकृतिक तरीके से विकास पर पैसा खर्च हो , अब तक जिन मदों पर सरकारी धन लुटाया जाता रहा हे वह बहुत शर्मनाक रहा , जिले के एक गाँव का विकास तो कम से कम इस तरीके से किया जाये कि वह देश और समस्त विश्व के लिए दर्शनीय , अनुकरणीय बने इसके लिए किसी विशेष तकनीक की जरूरत नहीं भारतीय संस्कृति के अनुरूप सौर उर्जा , गुरुकुल , सहकारिता , खादी , वन / जल संरक्षण , स्वावलम्बन के लिए ही समर्पित हो इस योजना को सफल बनाया जाये . भारत की काया पलट अवश्य होगी

A central website should measure progress of all these 523 adarsh gram yojna on some STANDARD parameters and give them rankings on a monthly progress basis creating healthy and transperant competition.

चयनित ग्राम से सम्‍बन्धित सभी जानकारियों से युक्‍त एक बेवसाईट का निर्माण कर योजनाबद्ध तरीके से ग्राम का विकास करना चाहिए. प्रत्‍येक ग्रामीण का नाम, आयु, व्‍यवसाय, रूचि आदि का विवरण बेवसाईट में हो साथ ही उक्‍त ग्राम में उपलब्‍ध संसाधन, आवश्‍यकताओं की सूची एवं समीपस्‍थ सुविधाओं का भी ब्‍यौरा बेवसाईट में हो.

Popular schemes with fancy solgans are announced by Prime Minister, but MPs from ruling party BJP are making a mockery of the same by adopting a small area called chilla village inside Delhi to make Adarsh gram. NDTV showed this incident but after that did the government take action or what happened is not know. So nobody will be interested in making suggestions or complaining because no action is taken against erring MPs by Govt and set a example to motivate people to raise voice

MP एवम MLA के चुनाव मैं जितना खर्चा करने की अनुमति चुनाव आयोग द्वारा दी गयी हैं, और इतना खर्च करके यदि कोई चुन जाता है तो 5 वर्षों के सेवा काल मैं उस मेंबर को अपना खर्चा निकालना, अगले चुनाव के लिये बचाना और खर्चे करना क्या मात्र वेतन भत्तों मैं संभव हैं , एक MP का कुल वेतन साठ महीनो मैं 84 लाख रुपये होता हैं. चुनाव का खर्च काटने के बाद मात्र 23333 रुपये प्रति माह मैं क्या तो वो अफिस चलायेगा और क्या खायगा ,मतलब सीधा सा हैं भ्रष्टाचार जरूर होगा .मतलब कहने का ये हैं कि चुनाव खर्च पार्टी और सरका

There must be a centralized complained system where one can complain about wrong things online/offilne and managed by central govt. This should also has facility to complain about the ministers about his wrong doings. This will create fear in then and will not misuse their power.

ग्रामीण जागरूकता अभियान मे सभी शासकीय विभागों को शामिल किया जाना चाहिए ,जिससे शासन और जनता के बीच एक बेहतर संवाद स्थापित हो पाये । बारी-बारी से सभी विभाग ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों मे अपने से संबन्धित कार्यशाला आयोजित करें । इस प्रकार एक समग्र आधारभूत प्रशिक्षण भी दिया जा सकेगा ।

( 1 ) EACH MLA & MP OF THAT CONSTITUENCY TO BE MADE RESPONSIBLE / ACCOUNTABLE FOR ATLEAST BASIC AMENITIES & FACILITIES OF THAT CONSTITUENCY. JUST, COMING & CANVASSING FOR VOTES, ONCE IN FIVE YEARS IS NOT ENOUGH. ( 2 ) CENTRAL or STATE PLANNING COMMISSION / FINANCE COMMISION / ELECTION COMMISSION TO MONITOR THE ACTIVITIES OF THESE MLAs / MPs. BY THIS METHOD, ALL-ROUND DEVELOPMENT OF INDIA CAN BE SEEN WITHIN A FEW YEARS. ( 3 ) THESE ELECTED MLAs / MPs TO BE MADE RESPONSIBLE / ACCOUNTABLE TO THESE INDEPENDENT AUTHORITY / COMMISSION. ( 4 ) PROGRESS REPORT & PENDING WORK / ACTIVITY / PROJECTS OF THAT CONSTITUENCY OF THESE MLAs / MPs TO BE GIVEN TO THE INDEPENDENT AUTHORITY / COMMISSON, ONCE IN SIX MONTHS or so.
