Ministry of Social Welfare should look into the matte & restart rehabilitation & training programme for the Mental patients without loss of time.
An idea to moot-out Mental Hospital Nagpur into a Br of NIMHANS Bangalore is also a need of hour for the welfare & treatment of patients from Central India States.

sir
if we want to improve our skills we should involve directly.then only that person will remember the work for life time.for example overhauling of an electric motor.we should atleast overhaul 10 motor with the help of a guru.then only the person will understand the do's and dont's of overhauling a motor .so i believe by sub-oriented training/apprenticeship or by on the job training skills in mining sector can be developed.
