Special due attention is needed for the overall skill development of the blind, handicapped, economically backward & mentally discarded personnel in our society. Initiative should come from the Govt in the form of practical training for which stipend should be paid to trainees to make them proud & productive for themselves and the nation.

Obc

'Seeing is believing'. So, how about initiating a process whereby whatever is done for bringing about improvements can be seen in reality. For example, an increase in output may be due to a number factors. But how much is due to skill development may be shown by citing trend of individual productivity over a period of time. Similarly, it may be shown what changes have come in the lives of individuals who have undergone skill development processes.

Good noon PM sir.After.Good universities should be created for each of the eight core sectors. But these institutions should not be a mere degree certificate provider. It should be run by qualified persons who have special knowledge on the specified sectors.Good education combined with on job training is always a boost for developing ones skills

Our education system is very poor. In villages, mostly teachers of goverment school do not work honestly. They visit school just for signature and salary. They don't care of future of children. Until strict rules are not made, education system can not be improved. CCTV camera and thumb impression attendence system can help to improve education system of schools. We are progressing in technical and higher studies but basic education system need improvement for real development of our country.

Initially persons with better intelligence & skill join the govt departments . Persons are paid relatively good salaries & perks on joining. But later, persons skills are not utilized properly . so person's skill gets corroded over the period of time . so adequate /proper utilization of skills & intelligence of person in govt. departments is a need of hour.

Good Morning Mr. Modi. I would like to listen from you after every parliament session, Like, What did your gov did in the last session, whats your target for the net session & how would you execute them. What were the challenges that you faced in the last session and how did you overcome. People in India wont be able to listen to every day when but if you summarise us thrice a year regarding your targets, achievements & challenges, then your work would be more transparent to us.
Many Thanks
