For better function and synergy as well as arresting the growing trend of corruption at higher level in Public Sector Banks which are owned by the govt, PSBs must be merged into 5-6 large entities/ Banks at the earliest.

I belong to Kutch and from my recent visit i learnt that there are some major transformations have been made. Trains are on time, some facilities like charging points are made available however some aspects still remain unresolved. It was noticed that the compartments, toilets, tracks and platforms are dirty and stink. Instead of investing money in new projects like Bullet trains, i think the railway ministry should concentrate more on improvising the existing services and facilities.

Stop the system of getting No Objection Certificates (NOC) from present employer to apply for appointment in other organisation. This is leading to coercion n harassment by present employer. The future employer should get only relieving/resignation certificate from the past employer and the action taken against the individual, if any. The NOC system is hindrance to the right to employment as individual may be harassed by d prsnt emplyer who tries to destroy d career of d person gtting NOC
