6. Nothing in this section shall be constructed to derogate from the provisions of the Indian Explosives Act, 1884 (4 of 1884), or any rule or order made under that Act, and nothing in sub-sections (4) and (5) shall be constructed to apply to any goods entrusted for carriage by order or on behalf of the Government or to any goods which a soldier, sailor, airman or any other officer of the armed forces of the Union or a police officer or a member of the Territorial Army of the National cadet Corps may take with him on a railway in the course of his employment or duty as such.

However passengers tend to carry inflammable and dangerous materials like firecrackers, petroleum products, explosives etc., resulting in fire accidents and loss of human life.

Suggest solutions for reducing fire accidents due to carrying of inflammable materials by passengers.

I would say if we make stations multi floor and on first floor we can create shops and second floor could have rooms to rest there are many who can book those rooms to rest and to wait and it can be used when there is a delay in train due to fog or any other issue.

I want to suggest that the reservation in railway be made transferable. There is no need to show any identity and any person can travel on ticket whether booked by himself or anybody else. There may be restrictions that single person can book maximum number of tickets due to this the common person can earn some money by giving his ticket to needy person on some premium and the earning of brokers will divide in various common person

Honerable Rail minister roll back the decion of 4 months reservation policy from current 2 months in Rail budget 2015. As it will not prevent brokers in any manner but to encourage brokers because most of the passengers do not plan or know about their journey before 4 months. Also this decion will encourage seat availibilty problem and black marketing. So I request you review your decision again. Thank You

Any individual must have their own responsibility in this regard. Than only we can do the things to the people who they are in need.
