6. Nothing in this section shall be constructed to derogate from the provisions of the Indian Explosives Act, 1884 (4 of 1884), or any rule or order made under that Act, and nothing in sub-sections (4) and (5) shall be constructed to apply to any goods entrusted for carriage by order or on behalf of the Government or to any goods which a soldier, sailor, airman or any other officer of the armed forces of the Union or a police officer or a member of the Territorial Army of the National cadet Corps may take with him on a railway in the course of his employment or duty as such.

However passengers tend to carry inflammable and dangerous materials like firecrackers, petroleum products, explosives etc., resulting in fire accidents and loss of human life.

Suggest solutions for reducing fire accidents due to carrying of inflammable materials by passengers.

Am currently in Chennai. There are HUGE railway stations being built for the local trains. All of these are being used by urchins and anti-social elements. These are very poorly lit and have absolutely NO Hygiene at all, not even toilets. Such huge infrastructure, if managed properly can bring in additional revenues to the Government. Can we please look into this immediately. On one side, we have homeless people, and on the other side, we have huge buildings which are hardly used.

Please increase General coaches in all trains. It makes life of common man a bit easier. Most of the times, the things governments do won't be visible to us( common man). But the decision you make on increasing General coaches in all trains will surely visible to everyone. It will directly help millions of commuters and the change will eventually make common man feel that atleast someone heard their troubles travelling in general coaches of trains.

Modi sir ...first of all I m feeling very sorry for such a dismal performance of BJP in Delhi . You ppl must stop hiring outside candidates from other parties rather u should repose faith on ur own party workers who have been working relentlessly for the upliftment of BJP . This tendency is really undermining the great reputation of ur great national party. Sir this country needs BJP . please don't destroy it

SWACHH BHARAT Mission apt in all respect-Aesthetically,Hygienically & Image building. Success of of this depends upon people whole hearted participation. We take great care not to litter when abroad, but here we do opposite- reason being no deterrent. In case appeal & cajoling to maintain cleanliness fails then provision to be made to levy heavy penalty on offenders. Some times harsh measures are necessary to discipline. After all it is in interest of our Nation & is also our responsibility
