However passengers tend to carry inflammable and dangerous materials like firecrackers, petroleum products, explosives etc., resulting in fire accidents and loss of human life.

The historical Indian Railways has been not providing mugs in the toilets of sleeper and general coaches. without mugs how can people use these toilets. But they are providing in AC coaches. In this issue I have got some information through RTI. The Ministry replied that " AS PER RULES WE ARE PROVIDING MUGS IN AC CLASSES ONLY. THERE IS NO RULE TO PROVIDE MUGS FOR SLEEPER AND GENERAL COACHES. Hence I request Hon'ble PM to provide mugs in all coaches immediately .

Proper checking should be done in platform.metal detectar should be used in station entrance.public consciousness can play a vital role in this regard.

Electrification of rail tracks may be completed on priority basis this will reduce dependence on imported oil , time involved in changing electric engine to diezel engine will not be wasted and more clearance will be available for other trains. Trains running on certain days generally disrupts regularity of traffic. Bogies in existing trains be increased instead of starting new trains. regularly adding new trains to existing system will only create rail traffic jam.
