Indian railways have tracks across the length and breadth of this country. Also they have fibre cable with huge un-utilized capacity, which should be made use for Digital India Scheme.

There are lot of people who travel between towns to the nearest cities on a very regular basis. From my personal experience, what I have seen is these people take the general ticket and just board the sleeper class and pay bribe to the TTE. Sometimes they don't even take the ticket. If some trains have one coach which is just a chair car, there would be many who would travel in the it as this is much cheaper than bus. Many people would be hopping in and out and the chair car wont be empty

This is related to cleaning of train's lavatory. If we find it dirty so we will leave it dirty this is HUMAN tendency. I will request you to take 10 Rs extra in fare but assign few dedicated person for cleaning of toilets. It will keep toilets clean and will increase employment.

Wind Energy: Indian trains run at 40 -60 Kmph. During the run the speed is enough to generate the power from wind. The energy efficiency can improved to significant extent. Although running the train on wind energy may be difficult; but the energy requirement of lights and Fans running inside can be easily met.Complete mechanical instrumentation can be designed as per the feasibility by Indian Railway. Or Motor fans with help of outside rotor can be energy efficient technology. Jai Hind
