Though time maintenance by indian railways is much better now, still it has to be improved. Please make sure that Each and every train including passenger trains reach their destinations within the time span i.e, a maximum of only 30 minutes is allowed for all the trains and that too in extra ordinary situations only. I have literally seen passenger trains literally late by more than 5 hours. Increase the fares if required but please dont increase them too much.

Ticket collectors in Howrah Chennai mail 12839 took 100 rs from each passenger who got into sleeper class without reservation. All this money is unaccountable to railways and is going into pockets of ticket collectors. Please take necessary action against them and i once again request you to Please increase number of General Coaches in all the trains. If at all possible, I think Number of General coaches in each train should be equal to number of sleeper class coaches.

Food in trains is very costly and unaffordable for middle class passengers and also quantity wise unsatisfactory. I asked for biryani in Howrah chennai mail 12839 and he said it costs 70 rs. I dropped the idea of buying it. Please improve the catering system and food costs in trains and in platforms.

Need clarification about the requirement of barcodes for passports. My passport doesn't have one and I have quite sometime before it expires. Is there a timeline before which I should renew my passport to one that has a barcode or shall I wait till the end of my passport expiry period to renew?

Honourable P M sir, Thanks for connecting hilly places of NE with railways. But we are still unable to see changes in the direction of speed, safety, cleanliness & job creation in the railways.Changes in this segment directly connect with satisfaction in quality of living thus help gain political mileage too.

In trains there should be a bogey that Carry water only and connected by a long pipe to every bogey handle by at least four people. In case if train catches fire it can extinguish that fire easily.it will give employment to countrymen as well as it will train accidents to some extent.

In our railway most people travel free of cost becouse .the infrastructure of railway is too old. develop railway station like delhi metro. and every traveler have their own degital token to enter and exit in rail like as delhi metro.for this i know that lot of fund want. give every station to private company and ask them to develop according metro.and for that provide him the ticket price of few year.so that private firm also invest .when they recover spending amount with profit take them..
