Why?
The objective is to learn from the examples of good work being done at various places and to incorporate the same in the Government programmes.
'Youth Participation in Community Work'
The Panchayati Raaj Woman empowerment in Rural India has led the Young take the tasks in own village and first start and set Examples, i.e. Gurgaon, Maharashtra electronic city etc.
I feel leadership and teamwork are the key factors contributing to any developing country effectiveness if their attributes fit to the socio-cultural context. We should have good leadership and teamwork across the country including all state levels. Here i am attaching my thoughts on this topic. I appreciate there are quite very good leaders however still we have a lot of scope for improvement in our countries.
when it comes to community work... the students of my city i.e., Baroda have shown great passion and interest in SWACHTA ABHIYAAN! My friends... without caring about their healths and clothes... showed great interest in cleaning the school which is a government property...! :)
we can educate poor who they are living in slums .how to maintain hygienic enviornment and educate family planning if the family has more than 2 children.and their health.
