The National Energy Conservation Day is being celebrated every year on December 14 since 1991. The Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE), under the aegis of Ministry of Power spearheads the celebrations every year. The objective to celebrate the National Energy Conservation Day is to drive mass awareness about the importance of energy efficiency and conservation.
Bureau of Energy Efficiency in collaboration with MyGov is calling on public at large to express creativity and passion for a sustainable future in our "Energy Conservation - A way of life" Poem Writing Competition. Join us in weaving verses that celebrate the message of energy conservation and inspire change. Your words can make a difference!
Guidelines:
1.Theme: “Energy Conservation – A Way of Life”
2.The poem should be apt, relevant, and appealing. It should endeavour to drive awareness and adoption of energy conservation habits by people of all ages.
3.Last date for submission of entries: 14th December 2023
4.The language of the composition should be Hindi or English and should be typed in Unicode font
5.Composition of the poem should be self-composed & original and should be on the above-mentioned theme only.
6.Poem should have a Title and should not exceed 500 to 750 words in length (excluding title).
