The visitors, who intend to visit an office of the government, find it hard to get entry in the office due to the time taken for processing their visit request and subsequently issuing the pass. An attempt has been made to simplify this process by introducing a web based solution for Visitor Management System (eVisitors).
Visitors are provided with facility to register their visit request in advance through eVisitors (http://eVisitors.nic.in). This system facilitates the citizens through online registration of all the requests for entry - pass / meeting request / visitor slip or pass to the government officers. The citizens can also track status of their request through this site.
Government offices can access the Management Information System (MIS) known as eVisitorMIS (http://eVisitors.nic.in/eVisitorMIS) for management of their visitors.
Citizens are invited to design/suggest a suitable logo for the Visitor Management System (eVisitors).
The last date of submission is 29th April, 2015
The selected entry will be awarded a prize of Rs. 50,000/-.

#eVisitors it looks like man wearing access card. Also tickmark included in V. Arrow with V for time management. VMS is basically used for appointment. V is created using small head and big head of clock.
Logo Description: The entire idea is based on the simple fact that this online entity gives you the flexibility to meet Government Officers at a time convenient for you. Hence, a human icon having his own hands fix the time. And if it's for the Indian Citizen, it has to be in Indian national colors. #eVisitors #VisitorManagementSystem #GovernmentOffices #Deity
The logo of #VisitorManagementSystem consists 'e' and 'v'.
The user icon depicts ID of #eVisitors.
The three colored dots are inspired by Indian National Flag.
