It's time India should increase its gross expenditure on research and development (GERD) to a realistic target of 1 percent of GDP from the current value of around 0.7 %, which is far less than the global average of 2 percent of GDP in other countries like China (2.14%). In the last two decades, while other countries have seen a substantial increase in research spending in line with their economic growth, India has declined its R&D spending (World Bank 2018 report), which is quite alarming and of concern. To become a developed nation by our centenary, we not only need 'Made in India' but also 'Invent in India', which requires a substantial increase in R&D spending not only in applied science but also in basic sciences. The financial assistance provided in CFTIs should be provided only to those who are economically challenged without any other form of discrimination, and spending on PhD/PostDoc salary should increase to cultivate skilled scientific talents in the nation.

Establish India Mobile APP store:
Scrutiny Mobile APPs for vulnerabilities
Lakhs of mobile APPs existing and updates them regularly with new versions.
People with or without knowledge, they are using these APPs without much aware about threats.
For betterment of our citizens, create a suitable technical team who audit every APP for their every version/update and if every thing ok, then only those mobile APPs will be hosted on India Mobile APP.
Necessary provision is to be made in Budget 2023-24 onwards.

Western countries are in deep trouble , due to not linking currency printing to gold reserves. india need to link rupee print to gold reserves. Government should conduct citizen perception survey about governance including rule of law and administration of justice. National judicial commission need to be implemented for district judiciary as well as high courts ,by amending laws. Contempt of court provision should be limited or removed to be in line with UK laws. We cannot selectively implement Western concepts like decriminalising adultery , but refrain from implement provision like remove contempt of court law or refrain from follow procedures adopted by UK , US government in appointment of Judges. adequate budget need to be allowed to complete reform and transform justice delivery system. Required laws like NJAC meeting test of constitution provisions need to be made. Government need to find out why people renounce Indian citizenship and address issues why people leave india

Present generation kids are habituated to play online.
To check the potential threats like factors of game viz., cruelty, crime, ethics, violence, anti-nation, etc.
An audit system is to be in place to check the gravity of such vulnerabilities before allowing them into our nation.
A proper enforcement wing is also to be in place to implement this.

मेरी रेलवे में किसी क्षेत्र विशेष के लिये कोई खास मांग नहीं है, किन्तु सभी रेल यात्रियों के हितों को ध्यान में रखते हुए 2 महत्वपूर्ण मांगें मैं रखना चाहूँगा :-

1. अभी ट्रेनों में पुराने ICF कोचों को हटाकर नये LHB कोच जोड़े जा रहे हैं , अधिकतर ट्रेनों में LHB कोच लगाने के बाद AC कोच बहुत सारे और स्लीपर व जनरल कोचों की संख्या बहुत कम हो गई है जिस वजह से आम जनता को ट्रेनों में कम किराये पर यात्रा करने में अत्यधिक परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है ।
अतः मेरा सुझाव है कि ट्रेनों को LHBfied करते समय स्लीपर और AC कोचों की संख्या उनके पहले वाले कोच कम्पोजिशन के हिसाब से ही रखी जानी चाहिए।।।

2. कोरोना काल के बाद अधिकतर सवारी यात्री गाड़ियों में सामान्य किराये की जगह एक्सप्रेस ट्रेन का किराया वसूला जा रहा है जबकि ये सवारी गाड़ियां कोरोना काल से पहले की तरह ही अभी भी बीच के सारे स्टेशनों पर रूकती हुई ही चल रही हैं, ऐसे में आम यात्रियों से इन सवारी गाड़ियों से यात्रा करने के लिये एक्सप्रेस ट्रेन का किराया वसूलना उचित नहीं है।
अतः रेलवे को अपने निर्णय पर पुनर्विचार करना चाहिए।।।

नए व्यवसाई को लोन के जगह सीधे क्रेडिट कार्ड देना चाहिए
स्वास्थ्य बीमा सभी को मिले और इसकी लिमिट 10 लाख होनी चाहिए

Encourage to start up sea plane as there are many dams in villages near to district. Those can be developed as a tourist place and fast transportation can be done. This will have liquidity will flow in market.
