The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), in collaboration with MyGov, organized an online quiz titled ‘Skill India: For A New India’ to mark the 6th anniversary of the Skill India Mission and World Youth Skills Day. This momentous occasion was an opportunity to celebrate the resilience of our youth and all the individuals who are part of the skilling ecosystem. Over the past 6 years, Skill India has provided many innovative solutions to strengthen the skilling ecosystem in the pursuit of building an aspirational Bharat.

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India, hosted a convocation ceremony for the candidates in the skilling ecosystem on Vishwakarma Day, 17th September.

Winner Announcement of How Much Do You Know About The Olympics Of Skills Quiz Competition
Skill India mission recently launched a Quiz Competition around India’s participation at the 45th WorldSkills International Competition 2019, organized in Kazan, Russia from 22nd to 27th August 2019. The quiz competition helped us engage youth across different segments and increase the overall awareness of vocational training programs in India. We are thankful to all the candidates who participated in this initiative.

Winner Announcement of Quiz on Entrepreneurship 2019
The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) is pleased to declare the winners of Entrepreneurship Quiz 2019 organised in order to to spread awareness on entrepreneurship among the youth, National Entrepreneurship Awards (NEA) has been instituted to recognize and honour outstanding young first generation entrepreneurs and their Ecosystem Builders for their outstanding contribution in entrepreneurship development under the NEA-2019, Entrepreneurship Quiz Competition was organised with effect from 21st August 2019-8th October, 2019 on the MyGov Platform.
Announcing Winners for Entrepreneurial Success Stories Competition
To create awareness about the National Entrepreneurship Awards (NEA) more engaging amongst the youth, an Entrepreneurial Success Stories Competition was conducted live on 19th August, 2019 by Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) on the MyGov portal which ended on 8th October, 2019. Participation in the completion was open to all the Indian citizens aged 18 years and above.
Team India announced for WorldSkills International Competition 2019
Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE), Government of India announced the 48-member contingent which will represent India at the biggest showcase of skills excellence in the world, called WorldSkills International Competition 2019. Also referred as the ‘Olympics for Skills’, the event is scheduled in Kazan, Russia from 22nd to 27th August 2019.
वर्ल्डस्किल्स अंतर्राष्ट्रीय प्रतियोगिता 2019 के लिए टीम इंडिया की घोषणा
भारत सरकार के कौशल विकास एवं उद्यमिता मंत्रालय (एमएसडीइ) ने 48-सदस्यीय दल की घोषणा की है जो विश्व में वर्ल्डस्किल्स इंटरनेशनल कॉम्पीटीशन 2019 के नाम से विख्यात कौशल उत्कृष्टता के सबसे बड़े प्रदर्शन में भारत का प्रतिनिधित्व करेगा. यह प्रतियोगिता, जिसे ‘ओलिंपिक फॉर स्किल्स’ (कुशलताओं का ओलिंपिक) भी कहा जाता है, कज़ान, रूस में 22 से 27 अगस्त 2019 तक होगी.
