As women's in age group of 40s are at higher risk of catching disease and hormonal imbalance is common so it naturally become mandatory for them to make yoga a integral part of their life style.
Scientifically also it is proven that yoga works at genetic level and it can avoid onset of various kinds of cancer. Therefore prevention is better than cure.
Adopt yoga and add value to your life.

Do compulsory YOGA in all the SCHOOLS, in all CLASSES. MAKE YOGA as a SEPARATE and COMPULSORY SUBJECT as Main subjects. There should be EMPLOYMENTS on the basis of YOGA for EVERY GROUP OF AGE.

neccessary to make yoga habitual not conditional..lots of guy just think about yoga when they r suffering from some kind of disease.so need to promote yoga since elementary education with practices,...generally i saw that woman hasitage nd not think much about their health because of theire heavy house work so in societies ,villeges nd towns yoga groups can be stablished with the help of NGOs ,nd governmental help where they can meet each other with friendly manner in yoga session ..

health is wealth for all, a major chunk of working women is present in urban as well as metro cities where the yoga requirement is much higher than population in rural areas, corporates should come up with mandatory policies and inter corporate programs should be initiated to promote yoga.

Respected Sir, yoga leads to healthy life. To develop the habit of yoga in our citizens, yoga subject should be made compulsory from primary schooling. This way we can create ‘swastha-Bharat’ in coming days. More over women is the main pillar of the healthy family, if he remains healthy and happy , the whole family becomes happy and healthy, so for women the government should start yoga centres in public places like public gardens, schools, civic centres, etc at convenient time for them

sir, sab ko yoga ki jarurat to hai usa ke sath sath hamare bhojan kal bhi mahtav purn hot hai,sare roj aaj kal logo ki life bahut badal gai hai, jayse ki subhah ka khana 8am ko hona chahiye or dopahar 12pm ko or sham ka suray aasth se pahale, ye sab nahi ho raha hai isi ke karan bahut roj ho rahe hai isa ka karan hai aapane ofice ke times 10am to 6 pm tak hote hai yeh badal karr subhah 8am to 4pm tak hone chahi ye isake karan lok subhah jaldi uthenge isi ke karan ayushaman bharan bahut jald b
