please talk about how college students can help govt by taking up project like surveying roads, auditing of offices , providing ideas to improvise and report on best practices found in other countries.
pm should also provide certificates to students who complete such tasks.
PM should also ask other ministries to explain their plans and goals for the year ahead.what are the best practices they are planning to adopt etc.

योग निःसंदेह एक आदर्श जीवन पद्धति है जिसको अगर वास्तव में अपनाया जाये तो यह हमारे शारीरिक, मानसिक, सामाजिक और आध्यात्मिक स्वास्थ्य को निश्चित ही बनाये रखेगा। 40 वर्ष की उम्र में शरीर की शुक्र धातु बनना बन्द हो जाती है जिससे युवावस्था में किये गये व्यवहार का हमारे शरीर पर भयंकर प्रभाव पडता है अधिक अच्छा यह है कि हम योग को जीवन पद्धति के रूप में बचपन से ही अपनायें, न कि चिकित्सा पद्धति के रूप में और न ही प्रौढावस्था में और ऐसा न सोचें कि योग प्रौढावस्था अथवा वृद्धावस्था में लाभकारी नही।#mygov

Women's have to take care of their family, themselves and their house.
Now a days women's are either doing job/business which is added responsibility.
Due to workload, they are facing many problems.

give the inner peace.

improves memory and help to concentrate.

श्रीमान जी जब महिलाओं की उम्र 40 के पार होती है उस समय महिलाओं में शारीरिक व मानसिक तौर पर काफी नकरात्मक प्रभाव पड़ने लगते हैं जो महिलाओं को इस उम्र में काफी परेशानी में डाल देते हैं इस शारिरिक व मानसिक समस्या का एक बेहतरीन समाधान योग हो सकता है जो उनके स्वास्थ्य के लिए बेहतर इलाज हैं और इसके कोई साइड इफ़ेक्ट भी नहीं होते हैं यह इलाज ऐसा इलाज हैं अगर कोई योग करना सीख ले और इसका अपने जीवन में निरंतर अभ्यास करें तो यह अच्छे स्वास्थ लिए बिना किसी खर्च के एक अत्यंत उपयोगी दवाई साबित होता हैं थैंक्स

40 plus age group women face lot of stress both physical and mental. It's very difficult for them to share their problems with others and get a proper remedy. Unable to bear the pressure they vent out their feelings on their family members.Yoga practices not only help them to become strong physically but also strengthen their mind to overcome day to day issues with confidence and clarity.Yoga purifies their emotions and thoughts and guides them to sustain their lives with dignity.
