It is the lower class of people who are the major culprits in it. What is the major cause behind it? First, people think that the girl will eventually go to her husband's house and they won't gain anything from investing on her. Second, it's the dowry system.

Everyone suffers due to the corruption in our society. And woman are becoming targets of this evil day in and day out. The country where the goddess Durga, Goddess Lakshmi and Goddess Saraswati are worshipped, has now come to such a sad position.

What is boy and what is girl? Aren't they after all Indians? I believe as long as this thought of sexual difference prevails in our mind, this dangerous crime will exist.

What is wrong is the mentality of common people. I am no misanthropist or misogynist. First of all, govt. should take away all the sex related qoutas, sex related organizations and sex related ideas. As long as these girl special quotas and organisations live, I don't think that these corruptions will ever go away. Many people will be against me on this but I would like to state that what we must abolish, is this thought of sexual difference from our minds.

Are we really acting as parents in our life? or a real parents ?. This is the one and only way to solve the issues. Think Why a man or boy making crime on girl or woman, it is because of their rights are refused in the society by Parents first, living condition in the society, not getting recognized in this society.One side SEX is the selling commodity and accepted by all of us, like drinking alcohol in public by both the sex.In both the cases Government is making money. Parents plz change now.

Sex Education should have to make compulsory in India for Boys and Girls , Schools and colleges should have to provide practical knowledge about respect women , How to build their great nationalist personalities through "Natak" or "movies" "Sex Education" is the key & it's compulsory ( Every country has INDIA should adapt )
