The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP.  For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure   a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

honorable PM,I am working with NTPC. In PSU we waste as many papers, throw in dustbin daily. Power is free, hence people keep AC`s running even if the house is locked. We can definitely reduce such waste. There are many things to reveal. Bring whistleblower policy.

Dear PM, We are really happy regarding some schemes like SWATCH BHARATH. Please make such schemes mandatory for State govt to follow. Ex: We are ready to keep our surrounding clean but when there is no proper infrastructure for dumping waste where the people dispose it. There are no public toilets in public places, no dust bins in public places and so on. So normal people think when there is no proper infrastructure then how n why should I follow n it's difficult to educate such people.

Dear PM, From Nov 1st, new ATM rule is rolled out in metropolitan cities. As far I know there are only 4 metropolitan cities in INDIA but why Bengaluru and Hyderabad is included even though they are not declared as metropolitan cities. Question is for IT exsumption we can't choose Bengaluru as METRO but while taking money from people it is considered as METRO city. If govt considers it has METRO for some schemes then better declare but we don't want some places as METRO n others NON METRO.

Dear PM, I welcome for the steps taken to bring back Black money located in foreign countries but I feel some serious steps to be taken to have a look on Blackmoney with in the country. Ex: A business man whatever may be his profit he shows less income to govt then rest of money is black. One more in a city like Bengaluru house owners are taking rent like anything but they won't show it as their income. Politicians buy land n show all wealth they got are from farming lands and list goes on sir

Honourable PM, in India we have minimum number of tech institutions on mining sector and students are least interested in these sector. So in order to upgrade the skills in these sector several tech institutes should be build in different cities so that we can uplift the skill development of different people in mining sector.

Dear PM, Make respective regional languages of particular state compulsory in all IISC, CBSE and STATE syllabus. Or else all our INDIAN languages will die may be after 100-500 years. Ex: In a city like Bengaluru parents start speaking with children in English thinking it will their children future and in schools again English, hence they get opportunity to learn regional language. If it continues all Indian languages die and reach the same state of Sanskrit in front of foreign language.
